Vybrans – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Vybrans, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our premium leather footwear. Because sizing and fit are critical to your experience, we offer a streamlined process to help you find your perfect fit. Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. The 3-Day Window & Prioritization
Complimentary Size Exchanges: If your shoes do not fit perfectly, you can request a size exchange within 3 days (72 hours) from the exact time of delivery. Size exchanges are our priority, and we offer free reverse pickups for size changes. Your replacement size will be dispatched at no extra cost to you, subject to stock availability.
Monetary Refunds: We strictly encourage size exchanges. However, if a monetary refund is insisted upon for a standard change-of-mind or sizing return, the request must still be raised within the same 3-day window.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Size Exchanges: 100% Free. Vybrans will handle the reverse pickup and delivery costs to ensure you get the right fit.
Requested Monetary Refunds: For general preference or change-of-mind returns where a refund is requested instead of an exchange, a flat reverse-logistics shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover return courier charges.
Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a shoe with a manufacturing defect, or if we accidentally ship the wrong style, color, or size, Vybrans will fully cover all return shipping costs, and you will receive a full refund or a complimentary replacement at no extra charge.
3. Condition Policy & Right to Refuse
To maintain our premium hygiene and material standards, returned shoes must be completely pristine.
Shoes must be tried on in a clean, indoor area to ensure the soles remain completely unmarked.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for shoes showing any visible signs of outdoor wear, usage, scuff marks, or deep creasing on the leather upper.
Our Quality Inspection: Please note that Vybrans maintains strict quality control and video logs our incoming return shipments at our warehouse. If an item is found to be used, worn, or damaged upon inspection, it will fail our quality check. In these rare instances, we reserve the right to decline the exchange or refund request, and the original item will be securely packaged and shipped back to the customer.
4. How to Initiate a Request
To start a return or exchange, please email our support team at vybrans@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include:
1. Your Order Number
2. Clear photographs of the shoe's outsole, side profile, and original packaging.
3. Your requested exchange size or specific issue.
5. Statutory Consumer Compliance (Grievance Redressal)
In accordance with the Information Technology Act and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer for Vybrans are published below:
