Thank you for choosing Vybrans. We are committed to delivering your premium footwear safely and efficiently across India. Please review our shipping terms below:
1. Processing and Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement.
Please note that dispatch may be slightly deferred if the order is placed immediately prior to or during national/public holidays. In such cases, orders will be shipped on the very next working day.
2. Delivery Timelines
We ship nationwide. Once your package is dispatched from our facility, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
(Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners. While we strive to meet these timelines, unexpected transit delays due to weather or regional disruptions may occasionally occur.)
3. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders with a cart value above ₹1,499. For orders below ₹1,499, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD): We happily offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India. To cover the additional logistics and cash-handling costs charged by courier agencies, a flat COD Handling Fee of ₹99 will be applied to all COD orders at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing a unique tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.
5. Damaged or Misrouted Shipments
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives in a damaged condition, or if you experience any unusual delays with your tracking link, please contact our support team immediately at vybrans@gmail.com so we can resolve it for you right away.
